Privacy Policy

APN Tech Limited (RM 5003, 5/F, Yau Lee Centre, 45 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong), hereinafter “APN”, does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier. When you install the app, a random client identifier is generated on your device; it is not linked to your Apple ID, Google account, or any personal information.

To run the service, APN stores a small amount of technical information: your client identifier, your device model and operating system version, the IP addresses of your recent connections, and the volume of traffic carried for you. Connection records—IP addresses and traffic volume—are kept for no longer than 7 days and then deleted automatically.

APN uses this information only to operate and protect the service: the client identifier for authentication, the device model and OS version for diagnostics and crash analysis, IP addresses to detect abuse and to report malicious or criminal activity to the authorities, and traffic volume to limit or block abusive use.

APN never inspects, logs, or stores the content of your traffic, your browsing history, or your DNS queries.

Payments are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play; APN never sees your card or banking details. APN keeps a record of each transaction—its identifier, amount, and time—solely for accounting and dispute resolution.

APN does not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties, and does not share it with anyone. The only exception is a valid legal request from law enforcement, which APN is obliged to honor.

All data is stored in APN’s database hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States.

No analytics or advertising services are used.
